Poor service and booking


On 9/14/21 I had a appointment for wash and nails that a wrote down as 3 pm but I recieved an email for conformation and the time on the email 330. I went at 330 and was told I missed my 3pm appointment and could not be done. I asked can you do the nails and they did. At that time I booked a appointment for130 today with Brenda and I had them write it down on a card. Today I get a call saying they canceled because Kelly does not do baths and I did not sign for a bath. They had scheduled us for different reasons. They told me Brenda was doing baths today and she is fully booked. I informed her Brenda is the name on the card. I had them write it down so no mistakes could be made. Still I was the one cancelled. Told me Friday is the earliest they coulb do it. Since this was petsmart error two days in a row they should have accomplished me some how. The store is in gainesville fl 4119 nw 16 Blvd. Petsmart has given me poor service. My next step is to write the BBB. My name is Jim phone number is [protected] email [protected]@yahoo.com.

Well, this is completely stupid, how do they work if they can't organize banal booking? I thought they only had a problem with the delivery time.
