I bought a 11 ft offset umbrella at Lowe's HI in 2016 because Lowe's sold replacement canopy. The canopy faded terribly in first year, looks awful. Garden Treasures will not replace the canopy only but the entire sunshade assembly, which i don't need. I Only need the canopy. The entire assembly replacement is $250. Save your money and buy an offset umbrella that you can actually get replacement canopy for. The person on the phone when i called was polite but offered no other remedy. When i said that was too expensive he said sorry is there anything else i can do for you? that angered me off more. not sure why i need 100 word to describe this situation. its pretty simple. the replacement part is the entire assembly that moves up and down instead of just the cloth part. so not an environmentally friendly way to do business. why should I throw out a perfectly good mechanism when it is just new cloth canopy I need? there. there is the 100 + words.
