Ordered appetizer Chicken livers which were ok, but, over-cooked. Ordered Chicken Fried Chicken, which is usually excellent, but, was very dry and cold today. Mashed Potatoes were so thick they lifted off the plate in a solid lump. The white gravy was so thick it was sludge. Waitress took away the Chicken to be redone, and came back in less than one minute with two different pieces, not quite as bad, but, still not like normal. Having owned my own restaurant, I know when the cooks are being lazy. Precooking on a slow Wednesday afternoon is just dumb. Normally, the food at this store is great. Love the "Fish Fry" on Fridays, and, the chicken fried chicken is usually awesome. Manager needs to check on lazy cooks not following your standards.
