Poor customer support and no communication.

Ordered my sons dexcom on Dec 28th and was told I needed a new script. Called my doctor and they said they needed the paperwork from Edgepark. Called Edgepark and they apologized and said they would fax it over. Well on January 8th we still had not received the order...
