Poor Customer Service Representative

I received a recall for my 2016 MDX to inspect the automatic transmission fluid warmer. I live 100 miles away from the nearest Acura dealer so I called to ask if my local Honda dealer could do it. The person I talked with told me they could and gave me a case number....
