Poor customer service and Poor quality

I installed Lennox AC last year. After 14 months the compressor was burnt. I called Lennox and the rep created a case number and asked me to call another Lennox consumer service number 972-497 ****. But after calling 10 times I was tired. Nobody picks up the phone and will be on hold more than 2 hours. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE DON'T BUY LENNOX. User's recommendation: PLEASE DON'T BUY LENNOX.
