I have been using CCleaner since it started and I love it. It used to be a great company, very responsive. had a LIVE telephone number and great support.... NOW, just like your personal healthcare information, banking information, tax information, and every other bit of what we used to call "private and personal", ALL customer support is being farmed offshore to the Philippines. So expect broken and hard to understand conversations, oddly formatted and grammatically incorrect sentence structure and days waiting for email support instead of minutes when you used to be able to speak with someone on the phone!!!!
