Poor Communication with the Company

I returned two items in separate shipments. Took over three weeks to get my money back. Used their return labels that came with the orders. Called three times. I sent an online inquiry and never even got a response they were looking into it. I will never order from them again. You'd think with what their stuff costs they'd have much better customer service. Also, I sent my orders back by USPS per the label. You can only track it so far, because they partner with Fed-Ex. This has been a very frustrating experience.
