Pods for this machine do not give proper coffee

This is the third time I have complained about my machine and the fact that the discs regardless of the brand leave a large amount of coffee grounds in the cup. I have changed the machine three times and still I am having a problem with it. Also the red light is on all the time and I have cleaned the machine with the discs that I purchased and still the light stays on. I am very frustrated with this product and due to the cost of these discs of coffee I am wasting more that I am using.
