PLOW Service

Plowz-After waiting about 13 hours to be plowed I cancelled my order. I ordered service at 7:22pm Thursday. At 11:30pm they said they would come in about 2 hours. Friday morning they said due to "delays" they would do the best they could. They obviously accepted too many orders. I didn't like the way they answered me online... like they didn't care.
