Yesterday, the photo book I've been working on and saving in my projects began "not working." I could no longer add photos. I let customer support know, and they said it was a "tech glitch." Today, my projects , including the one I'm currently working on and have been for months, was GONE. Completely GONE. Contacted tech support again. Answer is still "Tech glitch, try back later..."
