I have been on the phone with this company since 10 this morning. I have yet to speak to one single person. I keep getting told that my call will be answered in the order received. Then while I am waiting almost an hour, I try calling from a different phone just for an automated voice to tell me that the line is closed from 11-2 monday through friday. Were they just going to let me sit on the phone 3 hours? This is ridiculous.
