Phone calls and voicemail aren’t update daily when I hit voicemail it only pays old saved messages not current voicemails

I've been on phone with verizon support all day keep getting disconnect. Keep calling back talked with several people still not getting current voicemails User's recommendation: Don't buy google phones.
