Very helpful and friendly staff, if you are looking for personal training and do not want to waste your money this is a great place. they have a very unique program, which is nothing compared to regular personal training. They even offer group classes if you are interested in personal training. Such as kickboxing, boxing, brazilin jiu jitsu, muay thai, krav maga, karate, tae kwon do, judo, grappling.
