Person who answered drive thru says all registers are down and cannot take orders at all

I'm pretty sure all registers were not down. It's an excuse because I can see that the workers are already cleaning inside and do not want to make any orders to sell. Also, driving past the drive thru window…I can see the smirk from the cashier as she tries to look a different way. They still had 1 hour before they closed…I wonder how long they've been doing this….Lost my business for sure. Time of visit….08/21/2021 at 12:07AM PST. Business hours on Saturdays: 6AM - 1AM.
