Payment declined for plane tickets

Dear Sir/Madam, I have made a reservation with edreams on the 6th August But I have received an email that the payment was declined. Ever since, I have tried to contact edreams (phone/Chat/facebook/instagram) but nobody answers! I want to know how I can make another payment for the booking. Or if the booking is canceled and I have to make another one!
