Parcel didn’t reach recipient

Lots of hassle with Parcel2Go. A parcel from the UK to Ireland made it to Ireland but wasn't delivered. I was not being informed about this and the recipient had to chase up DPD to find out where the parcel was. Then I had to try and get the parcel back to my address (sender's address) which took weeks to organised. You can't ring Parcel2Go and it was a very stressful online chat experience with them. Eventually, and after many weeks of stress, I got the parcel back and was reimbursed when I made a claim, but only for the postage, not for the insurance I took out. Never again! User's recommendation: Would not recommend.
