I was told that i am allowed to self collect my parcels and i went to the address given. I was told, they are un able to locate my parcelsssss as there are lots of items/parcels pouring and stranded in the store. They asked me to wait at home, till they found my parcels and send to me. So, tell.me, what else should i do? I hv patiently waited . I have patiently went to self collect. But end up, NOTHING ! User's recommendation: Use other courier.
