Metro Mini Storage refused to accept a Notice to Vacate form today, the last day of the month!! They are trying to force us to use the unit another month. Since November 19th we have been charged 859.00 on a unit that costs 279.00/month and we were supposed to receive a free month. So for a month and a half, we were charged almost a thousand bucks and they refuse to accept notice to vacate! On top of it I was able to access the facility until the property manager drove by us at our unit then I was held hostage inside the facility because the gate code mysteriously quit, until I paid 50 more dollars because I disputed thier overcharging practices.This was at the Magnolia 1488 location. Avoid this place!
