I bought a couple of tops some 6 to 8 weeks ago it was so cold I couldn't wear them being summer tops S I was beyond the 30 day return policy . We finally had some warm days & wore my new tops one top shrunk quite badly . I connected customer service via email as directed . I got a quick responsive & was told they would credit my account immediately for the full amount I paid . I did not have to go to the trouble of returning the top it was just so simple . They did ask if it wasn't to much to send a picture so they could pass it along to manufacturing . Even before I did that I had a credit confirmation from AMX.
