I have long been a loyal customer of ritz retail stores and ritzpix for about 15 years. I love the quality of photos and editing tools the website offers. HOWEVER I recently uploaded 500 plus pics from vacation, spent a week editing them and was ready to check out. Shipping 5-7 days is $39.99. Shock and awe. Are they SERIOUS?!!! I don’t care how much time I spent editing those photos, I will never agree to the asinine shipping fee. Ritzpix has lost a valuable customer and I will post about my experience on every single forum until reasonable shipping rates are reinstated.
