Place booked was supposedly good for June. I was given a certificate that when I pressed redeem it did not bring up the full menu and only allowed the same lousy choices you give on your free certificates. Does not answer phone

Was on hold for over 20 minutes then THEY disconnected me . Have now been on for 40+ minutes. I am calling about hidden charges. Poor service

Customers get a TOP SHOP robot duster when we start trying new dusters If they suspect that something is wrong with this, call the manager, who explained to us what problems we have with their product, then the manager replied that you can bring the product to the place of inspection. The robot dusted us unevenly, cleaned the floor surface and sucked the edges of the carpet, and did not drive back to his power cord-battery. When we ask the operator if we can return the product at all, as we are not satisfied, we receive an answer that no one will return the money to you, even though we, as consumers, have the right to return the product within 14 days. time! We return the product to the senders who did not have a work order! Nobody returned the money to us!
