We first hopped on train to be told we must have wrong cabin. Mmm, good start. Told conductor about mistake. Was told to sort it out myself. Went back to cabin,told complaining traveller to see conductor.He did and got same response. Gets funnier, No air conditioning, till I again spoke to Conductor. Took 20 mins. Mmm, 1 toilet to serve over 60 people. Other one locked. Toilets were not cleaned to start. By time we got to Venice your eyes burned from urine smell coming from floor and sinks where u wash your hands. Cabins so small to fit 6 sleeping passengers. It was a joke. Restaurant closed 1 hr after pulling out of station. No Tea, No breakfast. Thanks Othello, you are right, truly unforgettable experience.
