ordered products 12/8/19 and have not received and it’s 1/15/2020

I ordered 2 China Glaze nail polishes and sent credit card info on Dec. 8, 2019 and still have not received the products. China Glaze Branding Iron Nail Polish $4.95 China Glaze Midnight Mission Nail Polish $4.95 + shipping of $6.20 for a total of $16.10. The order number they gave me was LP-1713. I am requesting the products be delivered right away, or a refund of my $16.10. Please advise. Thank you, Ronda Fowles [protected]@outlook.com
