The shelves do not sit level, I have tried shimming them and every other potential solution. I called Wayfair and ask for replacement brackets which were sent thank you. After many attempts the shelves are not Level. Im afraid they just arent serviceable and I would like to return them and have a refund please. User's recommendation: Do not sell these items.
