Order Been in ‘Processing’ Status for Weeks

Order #29413**** has been processing for over 2 weeks. You cant get anyone on the phone as Overstock has directed all calls to text which is horrible. Ive been waiting for over an hour for someone to reply to my texts. This is beyond ridiculous and I will NEVER place another order with this company again! User's recommendation: Avoid Overstock at all costs!
