I placed an order on 7/13/19 several pairs of Brooks womans athletic shoes. The payment showed up to on my credit card statement to Dino Direct, payment to broebuys. The payment No.: PS1907130150329925. I have not received any further communication from you regarding my order. I have emailed [protected]@servicecentervip.com several times, never receiving a response. I paid 113.78. and would like either my order or a refund. The website was intended to look like an official Brooks website to defraud people out of their hard earned money. I an a single mother, struggling to work and care for my children and you stole 113.78 from me that I could have otherwise used. Shame on you. I want a refund or the shoes. Isadora Palmer
