my experience first time customer went online made an order to be shipped to Canada. order went threw was paid for . never got an email for shipment no tracking number so I decided to check my bank account 7 days after I placed order the money was put back in my account but order was shipped according to hot topic? when I called them to ask what the heck was going on they assured me that I payed for the items which I did on dec 3 2018 but my bank says that on dec 10th the cancelled it and it was refunded. but items are on their way? hot topic says they don't ship until its payed for? so technically there are items being shipped that I did not pay for? lmfao they argued with me on the phone about the way payments are done threw my bank so I called my bank to confirm the information and I was correct. their system is totally fubar I would not recommend buying online at all. but hey you wanna give me free stuff so be it. lol what an odd experience . never will I buy anything again from this site I don't trust it and should have read reviews before even ordering. so I will make sure I due diligence and research a little more. so I guess I have to wait to see if items actually show up?
