Oncor’s customer service sucks

Single digit temperatures. All electric home way out in the country. No electricity for 12 hours, no phone service (signal booster was electric), no advance notice.You can't talk to a human, you don't get updates (even though you're supposed to), nothing. You're on your own with Oncor. I bet they have power and heat at their houses................... User's recommendation: Don't use Oncor if you have a choice.
