Oncor seem unable to supply me with any informatio about tree pruning request made about 8 weeks ago to trim a tree She could not offer any help as who i could phone to ask WHENTree trim urgent

Tree pruning over cables. I want to cut tree down completely. Nobody can help me as to who I can talk to if its not about electricity then nobody knows any thing User's recommendation: Don't ask oncor about anything except electricity they have no clue about power line protection from trees Nobody knows who cuts down branches or really if oncor does.
