Wow has not wowed me yet, they are not good at anything! On hold for hours with no help when they do come back to talk to you. Just moved in and I want to move away because of how Wow is being. They have no business being a cable/internet provider. I have never had so many people that can not talk clearly and they had no ideal what to do. The cable person came and did nothing and after 3 visits to my house I still don't have cable. What is going on with you WOW! I am getting billed for they not doing their job. Just do what your company said they will do and give me my cable.
