Took my truck in on 12-16-2020 for an oil change. Started noticing rough running, puff of blue smoke on start up, intermittent blue smoke screen on the highway. Checked oil level and found oil way over serviced. I personally drained 4.5 quarts from the truck to bring level to top mark of dipstick. They added new oil into the truck without first draining the old oil! Then took vehicle to Les Schwab where they were professional and it was less money. User's recommendation: Avoid Grease Monkey.
