I went to pick up my order from boots and was told I cant pick it up because of the lock down so when the lockdown finished I went back and the girl said that they cant find it. I had ordered the perfume 31st October and I have been trying to phone and left on hold for an hour and a half and still didnt get to speak to anyone Im not happy it was a birthday present and I didnt get her anything so what can you do to help?
