Not happy with the ion color solutions sulfate free shampoo and conditioner

I used the ion color solutions shampoo and conditioner in the purple bottles. The shampoo didnt lather good and knitted my hair making it very dry and frizzy after using. I would like to know if I can get refunded for these products?
