Non-responsive to refund request

Bought new bras in late October and there were not what was expected nor did they fit properly. I have been trying for over a month via email (as per instructions on company website) to receive instructions on how to return them and receive a refund. Very frustrated. User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company unless very sure of product and sizing.
