My above mentioned cell no. was earlier Regd. with MTNL Delhi. Later in it was ported to Airtel about 2yrs. back. I made the following payments for recharge of this no. by Paytm 24/9/19. Rs. 399/ 18/12/-9. Rs. 598/ Unfortunately these ( 399+598= 997/ )were paid to MTNL instead of Airtel. I have been requesting MTNL ( 1503@***.in) repeatedly ( 10 reminders) since. 16/9/19 to refund this amt. I have not yet recd. any response despite numerous e mail reminders. User's recommendation: Avoid.
