Non receipt of eBay item & ignores all contact Absolutely shocking! Ordered an expensive wooden garden bench through eBay. Initially stuck at depot for a week, then updated with a delivery estimate of 25/6 2:30-4:30pm. Next update to tracking was 29/6 saying delivered at 08:48 - the delivery image is merely a bad photo of the consignment label. The worst thing is they will only deal with the account holder. The seller was responsive at first, but not getting anywhere so raised a case with eBay .. they advised to raise a "denial of receipt claim by phone or email". Well now sent emails to 3 different addresses & no replies 3 weeks later ... eBay also advised to call on [protected] & guess what they do not answer the phone at 7p per minute ... either cuts off after 10 mins or queues forever. Absolutely appalling. I am that angry that I'm going to make a small claim against them. Tracking information is clearly dodgy & either they have dishonest or just stupid drivers ...
