We were offered a sampler for $3,995 which we bought and were told that amount would be abstracted from the balance of $13,000 for an additional 4,000 points. We wanted to purchase the additional 4,000 points and no one has returned our emails or phone calls. This happened at Cypress Pointe in Orlando Rane Gillettte sold us the sampler with Jose Ramos there as a witness. They are misrepresenting how the sampler can be applied to the purchase of other points. User's recommendation: never believe anything they tell you.
