No response for my complain

I processed replacement order through online and sent my Bose earphone to service center then It never gets any response and progress update what so ever. I've provably made 5-8 times contact with different way as call to customer service, email, live chat.... non of method I get any feed back. It passed 10 weeks since I sent my product to the service center.
