Attempted to contact Sixt re: on account credits to apply to a new car reservation. I could not complete this action online. Customer service was not taking calls, recording recommended contacting via email. I sent several emails between July 12th - 15th for a July 16th reservation. I received auto reply responses, but no further communication. User's recommendation: Do not pay for bookings in advance!
