As a trial they send you these 30 capsules that are supposed to be taken only once a day to relieve pain. When they do not work you call their customer service to get a refund but you get these Indian people that talk you into extending the trial period and play all kinds of games telling you to use the product different from on the label. They do not refund anything from their worthless product, and so they do not follow their trial statement. User's recommendation: NO do not buy this junk.
