No proper service to customer

Dear Team, This comment is with regards to my recent purchase for Bluetooth earphones. I had purchased the same on 17th April,2019. but due to defect in the piece I had returned the same on 21st & had been assured that the same will be replaced but inspite of repeated follow up calls I am not getting proper revert on the same. I am totally disappointed by the services provided by you & henceforth won't order any product from your company & would also advice my friends & relatives not to buy the same. Highly disappointed & frustrated. Request you to please look into the matter & revert on priority as already I have waited for long. Thank you, Nilesh Parte.
