No pre paid return label as promised

Have heard nothing and NOT received a return PAID shipping label. If nothing here by 12/31/ I am simply throwing the clock out, filing a report with the BBB and never shopping with nor speaking kindly of Sharper Image. User's recommendation: avoid this company at least doing business online with them.
