No power and can’t report power outage

No power for 12hrs and can't report outage its like the company doesn't exist how can you do this to people you go to their website to try to report the outage and it tells you site can't be reached call on the phone and they hang up on you User's recommendation: Don't use oncor if humanly possible (of course they have a monopoly on the DFW Metroplex.
