Last year had flooding took a week before it was rectified. Told to let my renters insurance cover any damage. Bought a wet vac to suck up water every couple of hours. Now my fridge is out because of plug. Said it was the breaker. Its not. Its thee plug. Have told 4 times since 3/20/2018. Cant afford to keep eating out. Mngmt doest care. Yet you want your rent on time. I have great rental record.
