They are ain’t reliable at all

I refferred a neighbor and they told me they were going give me $250 for the refferal money I waited one month before I knew they were gone saying they changed property I don’t advice people to partner with them again scam

Not good and tenants have many extra charges.

The tenants have to pay $50 or more to get their carpet shampooed after vacating their apartments. Carpets are never changed out unless they have been used over a 7-8 year period. This charge is taken out of your deposit and is not considered a normal ware and tear charge. Units are not updated and have carpet... Read more➤

Bad security lighting old appliences

Security lights or left unattended for over a week and longer. Appliances or old and parts are diminished. Dead plants are left on walkways through out the year. Dog *** is left to harden and attract flies on a daily basis.
