No hand sanitizer dispensers at 15 of 15 food stands!

Upon entering EPCOT, I was informed that each food stand had a sanitizer dispenser. I passed 15 so far and none had dispenser. What is the VP of customer thinking? What is his name and e-mail address that I can use to inform him/her that this is not acceptable. Steve Campbell annual pass holder scampbell621@***.com User's recommendation: Bring sanitizer.
