Well, where do I start? First, the salesman was the greatest an only good thing about this deal or should I say NO DEAL. Over 5 months ago I made a deal on the phone to purchase a 2016 Lexus RX350, I thought was a great deal but the dealer would not take a bank transfer of funds to pay for the SUV???!!!! I ask to speak to the owner to get approval but NOPE, Marcus was insistent that was the policy and that's it. They ended up selling the SUV $2000 less than I offered. Well, I was visiting Orlando last week and decided let's give them a second chance. We looked at the RX350 but my wife spotted an Infiniti that she loved. She wanted to buy it and us just drive it home instead of flying back. We test drove, made a deal and then I was informed the car sold yesterday but since the paperwork was not pulled or the car not taken off the line I had first right of refusal over the supposed buyer. Ok, i think I want to purchase. Then the sales manager came back only to tell me they had actually received a cashiers check the day before for the car. No one posted the sale and I spent several hours making the deal for nothing. They offered to make it up by wanting to sell me a PLAIN RX350 with NO options! SCREWED twice by the same dealer, first-time shame on them, second-time shame on me!!! LEXUS OF ORLANDO better get their stuff together or there's going to be a $10,000,000 empty building. This may be a great place for a Hyundai dealer w/o the present mgt!
