I read your info on a birdcage that stated this cage was for LARGE Parrots and heavy steel bars etc. I bought it. I am on disability and I rescue a lot of animals and I can not afford to keep buying bird cages. Last Tues my Husband put it together and told me the door was very hard to open. I put my 20 yo Umbrella Cockatoo in it. He immediately bent 3 bars. I said this cage IS NOT made for Large Parrots. I owned Macaws and other large parrots in my life. So, after 3 days last Sunday 7/26/20, I was going to clean the cage out. I opened the door and the top weld from door broke off. So I very carefully tried to slowly close the door so my dogs would not get hurt by the sharp edges. As I slowly started to close the door, it fell off and onto my right foot and it cut me and injured my toe as well.So I took pictures and that is when I noticed this door had NO PINS! It was a glob of weld on both hinges if that is what you want to call it! So, I tried 2 times to send you messages through Amazon and my messages would not go through.so I called Amazon and talked to India then Tuesday (yesterday) I talked to Donna and then this morning Uphur from Amazon.
