Newgistics was to return 5 iPhones to the Apple warehouse. Shipped in May, still not arrived in October. Apple's return label was used, the phones were initially brought to the USPS. The post office confirms Newgistics picked up this order in Shewsbury Ma on May 18 2020. As of October 23rd 2020, the tracking at the company web site shows that delivery information at Newgistics (Pitney Bowes) is "unavailable." I'm assuming some employee took advantage of the shipment and helped themselves to five new iPhones? There is no customer service help aside from the tracking feature. User's recommendation: Stay clear of Newgistics and parent company Pitney Bowes!
